With a heavy concentration of work in Scotland and the Shetland Islands, they offer long-term stability and exposure to high-profile, sensitive environments.
Roles/Responsibilities
Oversee full project lifecycle from site setup to completion
Manage decommissioning and demolition operations on active sites
Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are rigorously upheld
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and permit-controlled activities
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies throughout the project
Qualifications
Strong background in industrial demolition and decommissioning
Previous experience on nuclear and/or MoD projects (highly preferred)
Experience working within pharmaceutical and petrochemical environments
CCDO Black Card (essential)
Comprehensive understanding of site safety, compliance, and risk control
Willingness to travel and remain on-site nationwide as required
Benefits
£60,000–£70,000 salary
