We are looking for an experienced recruiter to support a high-volume hiring project for a client based locally to Woking. The role will focus on hiring across the UK. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can quickly get involved and manage the recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Review and shortlist CVs
Source candidates using the internal database as well as applications
Proactively search for suitable candidates
Manage candidates through the recruitment process, including onboarding
Take ownership of the recruitment projectRequirements
Previous internal/in-house recruitment experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proactive and hands-on approach
Experience using an internal databases
