Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Delegate Sales Executive role located in the City of Bristol. The Delegate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving event attendance by identifying and engaging with potential delegates via various communication channels. The role involves researching target industries and key professionals, building strong relationships with business leaders, and maintaining accurate records of outreach and interactions. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the events and marketing teams to ensure the success of events.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect with clients and professionals effectively
* Experience in sales, cold calling, and client engagement to drive delegate acquisition and attendance
* Proficiency in research and data entry for tracking outreach and maintaining up-to-date records
* Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and contribute to event success
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
* Knowledge of the events industry or prior experience in B2B environments is a plus
* Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
