Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and database searches
Screen and interview candidates, assessing suitability for roles
Write and post job adverts that attract top talent
Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements
Match candidates to client vacancies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Arrange interviews, gather feedback, and coordinate offers
Build relationships with both clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships
Achieve targets related to placements, sales, and activity metrics
