This role is defined as a safety critical role within the Drug & Alcohol Testing Procedure. You must therefore be willing to comply in accordance with this procedure.

We are currently looking for Primary School Catering assistants to join our team of enthusiastic and hardworking individuals, working in schools on an as and when required basis covering absences of employees for any of our school kitchens. Hours of work are always Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am to 2:00pm, hours will vary from 1 to 2 per day during .

As our service operates throughout the Barnsley area you could be asked to work at any of our schools, however the candidate's ability to travel will be taken into consideration when assigning placements.
The work is varied and may include basic food preparation, setting up of dining areas, serving of meals and all associated cleaning duties in a busy kitchen.Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable but not essential. All training will be provided.
