Job Summary

To sell static lodges to new and existing holiday home owners. Having had previous experience you will be reporting directly to the Prana leisure group and responsible for lead generation and nurturing to achieve the desired unit sales and GP set out. From dealing with an initial enquiry to presenting the resort and homes on offer from end to end, you will also have the support of an external marketing team, smart CRM software and be part of a team of 3 sales execs working across 3 resorts. A positive attitude and energetic approach with the ability to think outside the box with tenacity to succeed are what is sought.

Duties

* To ensure achieval of the unit, turnover and gross profit targets as defined in the budget.
* To work with the Managing Director, General Manager and Marketing Team, in the planning of the annual sales strategy.
* To take full accountability in the delivery of all FCA and Consumer Rights compliance.
* To ensure that you act on all possible sales opportunities from a wide variety of sources including walk ins, website and telephone enquiries.
* To ensure self generated leads are always being sought, by networking with busineses and affiliates. Regular feedback to be given to the Managing Director on progress.
* To ensure a proactive balanced New Customer / Owner engagement sales process is delivered.
* To actively manage the sales pipeline and ensure a high level of conversion from lead to completion.
* To ensure the set compliant sales process is fully adhered to.
* To work in conjunction with the Managing Director in setting the pricing for sales units.
* To oversee all Part Exchange pricing ensuring margins are achieved. Eg caravan balconies, finance and other extras.
* To work with the Managing Director in managing all sales stock.
* To report on a weekly basis all leads, sign ups, pipeline, sales, revenue, profits and conversions.
* To encourage a motivating atmosphere within the whole resort teams.
* To act as the liaison, point for all manufacturers, and all external companies where relevant.
* To plan, manage and communicate all site actions with the General Manager or relevant persons.
* To ensure that all stock is PDI within 24 hours
* To ensure that all stock is kept clean and presentable for viewings at any time.
* To actively seek new opportunities in extra revenue generation.
* To act as an ambassador for the business and ensure that the company is promoted externally at every relevant occasion.
* To perform any other duties as required by the company to ensure the successful and efficient running of the business.

Requirements

* Previous experience of Holiday Home Sales
* Previous experience of managing and setting budgets
* Previous experience of IT
* Excellent communication skills both orally and written with the ability to build rapport quickly
* this position offers commissions of £1k - £2k per sale
