Admin Officer - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Belfast

About the role:
1. £13.26 per hour
2. Housing Centre, Belfast
3. Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
4. 37 hours per week
5. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
6. Duration: Temporary, ongoing
What you'll be doing in this role:
7. Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
8. Process correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required.
9. Input data, maintain records and reporting systems accurately.
10. Making telephone calls to customers on customer satisfaction and recording results.
What you'll need for this role:
11. BTEC National, or equivalent plus 1 year’s administrative experience in an office environment, showing clear evidence of excellent written and communication skills OR 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or above plus 2 year's of experience OR candidates not holding the above level of qualifications but have 3 years of experience.
12. Creation of electronic documents.
13. IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency with knowledge of data protection desirable.
14. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
15. High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
16. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position
