Role Overview My client serve Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Healthcare, Education, Blue-Light services, and private residential clients across London and the South-East, delivering on-time, safe, and budget-sensitive refurbishment and roofing programmes. They are seeking a Pitched Roofing Site Manager to oversee pitched roofing refurbishment works across residential properties in the West London region. Given the nature of the role, experience in pitched roofing refurbishment—especially slating, tiling, leadwork is essential. Your Key Responsibilities * Take full ownership of day-to-day site activities from start to finish * Maintain rigorous compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations * Plan, coordinate, and monitor workforce, schedules, and project outputs * Build effective relationships with suppliers, trades, and client representatives * Carry out quality checks and address site challenges promptly to keep projects on track Skills & Experience You’ll Bring * Strong pitched roofing experience * Experience working on the tools (preferable) * Longevity with current or recent employer. * Demonstrated background in managing construction projects, ideally in a Site Manager capacity * In-depth understanding of pitched roof systems and refurbishment practices * Current SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid credentials * Awareness of asbestos, manual handling procedures, and safe working at height (or readiness to complete training) * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving What We Offer * Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum * Benefits package: Includes either a company vehicle or a vehicle allowance, plus a discretionary performance bonus * Opportunity to join a growing, accredited roofing specialist with a strong commitment to staff development, technical excellence, and community engagement If you believe you have the relevant experience for this role and you would like to be considered for the opportunity, please apply with a copy of your CV.
