Role Overview
The Site Manager will be responsible for the onsite management Fit-Out Projects throughout the UK & Ireland to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of the Projects and lead the teams within H&J Martin values and guidelines, while adding value and development to the Fit-Out business.
What you'll do

1. Oversee the delivery of the Fit-Out projects on site to ensure the project is adequately resourced and successfully delivered to scope, cost and quality.
2. Ensure that project imperatives and stakeholder interfaces are clearly communicated and understood throughout the projects and to others, as appropriate
3. Provide direction, motivation and leadership to both internal staff on site and external consultants or supply chain partners engaged in providing support activities to the project.
4. Responsible for all safety, health, environment and quality matters including driving excellence and championing continuous improvement
5. Ensure project complies with H&J Martin procedures including delegated levels of authority
6. Deploy appropriate and competent resources to all project management activity

7. Experience as a Site Manager within a Fit-Out environment
8. Proven Track record of leading fast paced Fit-Out Projects
9. Proven Health & Safety experience on Fit-Out projects
10. Experience of leading, managing and motivating project teams in demanding environments
11. Proficient in programming software
12. Extensive experience in Retail & Commercial Fit-Out projects in the UK & Ireland
13. A good understanding of elements necessary to deliver effective supply chain management and support across the organisation
14. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to manage a team and for relationships with Clients
15. The ability to motivate, lead and engage diverse teams with due consideration to employee development, succession and performance management.
16. Flexibility is essential as this role will involve work and travel throughout the UK & Ireland.
17. Good management skills, with the ability to motivate employees to achieve high standards of compliance
18. A strong communicator, comfortable interfacing with senior executives and external clients
19. IT literacy
20. Experience in delivery an onsite project subject to C-19 restrictions/rules
