You will be the face of a brand customers actively seek out for quality, style, and driving pleasure. This is a rare opportunity to work with vehicles at the forefront of luxury innovation. The Role As a Sales Executive, you’ll deliver a premium customer experience synonymous with BMW. You’ll guide customers through every step of their purchase journey — from first introduction to handover — ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and service expected of a BMW retailer. We offer true work–life balance with a 40‑hour week, five 8‑hour shifts, most Saturdays, and every Sunday off. High performance is rewarded generously — your OTE is £45,000 with the potential for earnings well above this through uncapped commission.
