Job Description – General Labourer (Immediate Start)
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to assist on a showroom fit-out project, starting immediately.
Position Details:
* Job Title: General Labourer
* Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
* Location: Gloucester
* Start Date: Immediate
* Hours: 07:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
* CSCS Requirement: Valid CSCS Card essential
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* General labouring duties on a showroom construction site
* Assisting tradesmen with tasks such as lifting, moving materials, and setting up work areas
* Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times
* Handling deliveries and transporting materials around site
* Basic manual tasks such as assembling site equipment, barriers, or signage
* Assisting with site preparation and clear-down as needed
* Following all site health and safety procedures
* Reporting any hazards or incidents to site supervisors promptly
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card – essential
Previous site labouring experience preferred
Full PPE required
Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to assist where needed
Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour tasks
