Employment Lawyer
An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join an international firm within its highly ranked Employment team in London. The team advises on a number of leading FTSE blue chip organisations (both in the UK and internationally). Their clients rely upon them to help them not only with technical legal issues but also to act as true business partners, understanding the challenges and opportunities within their respective sectors and businesses.
Experience required:
* Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, or a common law qualified lawyer.
* At least 2 years’ PQE.
* Experience in providing strategic employment law advice, handling complex employment tribunal claims, cross-border issues, restructuring and redundancy, and managing complex grievances at a senior level, including discrimination, whistleblowing complaints, and senior executive/boardroom matters.
* Experience in High Court litigation would be advantageous.
* Experience in helping clients deliver solutions within the M&A and outsourcing space.
* Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
* Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
