Key Responsibilities
Delivering new starter inductions and maintaining HR records
Managing the HR inbox and assisting with employee queries
Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment activities
Preparing contracts, letters, and other HR documentation
Coordinating long service awards and employee communications
Updating the internal intranet and managing Right to Work checks
Using Excel, PowerPoint and Canva to create and maintain HR materials
What we're looking for
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Experienced in admin or HR support roles
Confident using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Canva experience desirable)
Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Familiar with TMS or similar HR systems (advantageous)
