Our client, a leading litigation firm, is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its busy Employment Team in Glasgow.
The successful candidate will work largely autonomously, leading files, advising clients on workplace disputes, and supporting partners on complex matters. The position also offers strong progression opportunities, including mentoring responsibilities and involvement in business development initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a caseload of contentious employment matters
2. Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings
3. Conducting advocacy and managing cases through to resolution
4. Advising on disciplinary, grievance, and dismissal matters
5. Supporting team development and maintaining client relationships
