This role combines customer service, relationship management, and commercial thinking. It's ideal if you've gained experience in a service-driven environment (such as hospitality, retail, or operations management) and are now ready to build a career in professional B2B sales.
What You'll Be Doing Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored packaging solutions.
Supporting existing accounts while learning how to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service and solutions.
Using CRM tools to track activity, pipeline progress, and customer engagement.
Working towards sales and growth targets, with full training and coaching provided.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for driven, people-focused individuals who are eager to learn and ready to succeed in a sales environment. You'll need: Proven experience in a customer-facing role—ideally from sectors such as hospitality, retail, or service management.
A genuine interest in building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Commercial awareness and confidence working with business customers.
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
A full UK driving licence and ability to travel across Scotland as required.
Ideally residing within central belt area for closer commute into our offices for internal meetings.
Previous sales experience is welcome but not essential—your attitude, potential, and people skills are what matter most.
