What You’ll Be Doing As a Sales Executive, you’ll join an established, supportive team where you’ll feel like a valued part of the business from day one. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, reaching out to companies that require accommodation for their teams working away from home. Using a CRM system, you’ll proactively contact potential clients, build a strong understanding of their requirements, and provide tailored accommodation solutions to meet their needs. Once you’ve secured new clients, you’ll manage and nurture those relationships, develop your own portfolio of customers, and drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. What You’ll Need Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management A motivated, proactive approach with confidence in phone-based sales Comfortable working in a high-activity environment with a strong focus on outbound calls Other Information Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30 Basic salary: £28,000 commission (OTE circa £38,000) 30 days annual leave A genuine, close-knit, family-oriented team environment This role would suit a Sales Executive, Account Manager, Telesales Executive, or Business Development Executive.
