Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Internal Site Manager to oversee and coordinate the internal works on a large-scale project in Bracknell. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of internal fit-out and finishing stages, managing subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day site operations relating to internal works (fit-out, finishes, M&E coordination, snagging). * Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out to specification, on time, and within budget. * Monitor progress, conduct regular inspections, and report to the Project/Construction Manager. * Enforce site health & safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies. * Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently to avoid delays. * Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, site teams, and subcontractors. * Ensure quality control and oversee snagging/defect management through to handover. Requirements * Proven experience as an Internal Site Manager on large-scale construction projects. * Strong background in fit-out and finishing trades. * Knowledge of health & safety regulations (SMSTS/SSSTS certification preferred). * Excellent organisational and leadership skills. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. * CSCS card (Black/Gold ideally). * First Aid certification (preferred)
