About the Role • Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the school site • Managing caretakers, cleaners, contractors and external service providers • Conducting repairs, site maintenance and emergency tasks • Ensuring compliance with statutory checks, fire safety and H&S legislation • Monitoring heating, ventilation, alarms and security systems • Maintaining high site standards, cleanliness and organisation • Supporting school events, assemblies, lettings and after-school programmes • Contributing to long-term site development and improvement planning Experience and Qualifications • Experience in facilities or site management (school experience desirable) • Strong knowledge of H&S, compliance and safeguarding requirements • Good practical maintenance skills • Excellent organisation, communication and teamwork Salary Support staff scale, based on experience.
