From onboarding new talent, to keeping our HR systems running smoothly, youll play a key role in shaping the employee experience. Hours of work : Mon - Fri - 37.5 hours per week with rotational early finish Friday. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update HR systems and attendance records Support recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination Assist with payroll updates and HR reporting Handle employee lifecycle tasks including leavers and PPE Take notes at investigations and disciplinary meetings Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR matters Contribute to engagement initiatives and internal communications What youll need: 5 GCSEs including Maths and English. 1 years HR Administration experience OR 2 years general office admin experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
