An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a prestige brand main dealership in the Walton-on-Thames area. This is a high-performing sales environment offering strong earning potential regular salary reviews and the chance to represent a highly respected automotive brand.
Salary & Earnings
* Basic Salary: 18000 / 20000 / 22000 / 24000 (Reviewed every 6 months and increased based on the previous 6 months performance)
* OTE: (Based on 13 units per month plus product sales)
* Company Car & Fuel Provided
Working Hours
* Monday Friday: 8:45am 6:00pm
* Saturday: 9:00am 5:00pm
* Sunday: 10:00am 4:00pm (1 in 3 rota)
* One weekday off
The Role
* Selling vehicles in line with manufacturer and brand standards
* Providing an outstanding premium-level customer experience
* Achieving and exceeding sales and product targets
* Maximising finance insurance and add-on opportunities
* Building long-term customer relationships and repeat business
* Maintaining accurate administration and CRM records
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive (main dealer or prestige experience preferred)
* Strong communication negotiation and closing skills
* A professional well-presented customer-first approach
* Target-driven with a strong desire to earn and succeed
* Full UK driving licence
