About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our specialist brokerage firm, focused exclusively on the accounting sector. You'll manage the full sales cycle – from sourcing practices to sell, through to deal completion – typically within a two-month cycle. This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential and uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and convert leads from accounting practices looking to sell
* Build and maintain client relationships through networking, calls, and events
* Conduct business valuations and prepare sale documentation
* Negotiate terms and manage transactions from listing to completion
* Coordinate with solicitors, accountants, and other professionals
* Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts via CRM
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in business sales, M&A, or professional services
* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable: Business brokerage or accounting sector experience, and knowledge of valuations/due diligence.
What We Offer
* Base salary: £35,000
* 10% commission on brokerage fees (no cap)
* Expected earnings: £71k+; top performers: £95k–£107k+
