You will work with the site team within the Building division of the Company in GB (Birmingham area), managing sites effectively, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, and working with the Company in a rewarding environment.
About The Role
* Programmes: ensure detailed project programmes are drawn up, adhered to, and regularly report progress to assist in effective site management.
* Management: lead and coordinate the site team, providing overall site management, guidance, and support.
* Meeting deadlines: influence site progress effectively and ensure programme deadlines are met.
* Building relationships: develop effective relationships with clients and subcontractors through regular meetings.
* SHEQ: work closely with team members to ensure Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards are maintained during project phases on site.
* Following best practice guidance: continually develop industry knowledge, communicate, and implement best practices to line managers and relevant team members.
* Policies & Procedures: adhere to the Integrated Management System (IMS), including policies and procedures.
* Other: perform any other tasks commensurate with this role.

Your Knowledge, Experience & Skills
* Knowledge: a degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent.
* Experience: at least 5 years in a similar role.
* Skills: proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
* Skills: experience in residential builds is essential.
* Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Skills: valid site cards and a full driving licence are essential.
