Lead UiPath Developer
Remote - Willing to travel on client site across the UK
Contract (6 Months)
Day rate - £400-£500 a day (Outside IR35)

The organisation is a recognised leader in business transformation, offering expert consulting and tailored solutions to clients across diverse industries. With a strong focus on technology and innovation, the consultancy is partnered with leading global companies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, and IBM to streamline operations and drive growth. With 150+ customers worldwide and over 9 office locations within EMEA, they are looking to expand the team with top talent in the space.
The consultancy is on the look out for a Lead UiPath Developerto join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, driving end to end process efficiency through automation and AI solutions. You will be part of an extraordinary team that thrives on creative problem-solving and implementing cutting-edge technologies across the globe.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes.
* Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyse operations and identify opportunities for intelligent automation.
* Ensuring robust, scalable, and reliable automation by adhering to best practices in development, testing, and deployment.
* Proactively optimising and maintaining existing workflows to enhance performance and reliability.
* Providing expert troubleshooting, training, and support to end-users for implemented RPA solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
* Proven experience as an RPA Developer with deep proficiency in UiPath workflow design and implementation.
* Knowledge of RPA best practices and methodologies, with a track record of delivering successful automation projects.
* Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Technical skills in areas such as API integration, VB.NET, C#, or Python are highly desirable.
* Prior experience or strong proven interest in AI such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM's etc
