Job Overview
The University is recruiting an HR Administrator for a permanent full-time role within the HR Services Team supporting over 4,000 staff.
Responsibilities
Support staff through their employment lifecycle by processing new hires, issuing employment contracts, maintaining key data within SAP SuccessFactors, addressing staff HR inquiries, and preparing immigration and compliance reports.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a busy office environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to organise and prioritise own work effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
* Experience with an integrated HR/Payroll system is desirable but not essential.
