About the Role – Site Manager (Re-Cladding Project)
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee a prestigious £2 million re-cladding project at a leading college. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring the timely and quality completion of the re-cladding works in line with the project schedule and budget. The role involves managing site personnel, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and coordinate all site activities, ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and to high standards.
2. Manage subcontractors and construction teams for efficiency and compliance with project specifications.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, and address issues promptly.
4. Collaborate with the Project Manager, client representatives, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve challenges.
5. Ensure compliance with all legal, health, safety, and environmental requirements, maintaining a safe working environment.
6. Oversee material procurement, delivery schedules, and ensure materials meet standards.
7. Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, logs, and incident reports.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing projects, ideally in residential and commercial sectors, with project values ranging from £5m to £15m. Candidates should demonstrate stability with each employer, with a minimum tenure of 3 years per role.

The company offers excellent opportunities, with a salary range of £50,000 to £60,000.
