Your new company
Working for a large public service organisation with headquarters based in Carmarthen. The organisation offers parking for staff and is accessible via some public transport routes.
Your new role
* Maintaining electronic filing systems and staff records
* Coordination of the service's employee benefit schemes, work experience placements, and identity cards/badges
* Record and provide information/answers to routine enquiries on HR matters via the HR support desk
* Ensure relevant departments are notified of new starters, transfers, promotions throughout the service
* Coordinate/undertake scanning and filing duties regarding personnel records, and general upkeep of the archiving of the filing systems
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous administration or HR admin experience
* You must be able to communicate in Welsh.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
* Access to offices in Carmarthen - role mainly office-based
