Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Solihull. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, assisting customers in choosing the right vehicles, and negotiating sales agreements. They will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, maintain after-sales relationships with customers, and ensure a positive and memorable purchasing experience. The role also entails staying up-to-date with the latest vehicle models and features.
Qualifications
* Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Customer-focused skills
* Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
* Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle features (experience with Toyota and Lexus is a plus)
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
* Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
* Valid UK driving license
* Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not mandatory
