About The Role
Luminate Education Group is recruiting for an HR Administrator/Advisor to join our HR Shared Service team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support our HR service delivery across the group. We are a friendly, supportive team committed to providing outstanding service to our stakeholders.
The HR Administrator/Advisor will support stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle, including pre-employment checks, onboarding, staff changes, maternity leave, and payroll. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR administration, a positive customer service approach, the ability to manage a busy workload, and strong attention to detail. What You Will Do
1. Be the first point of contact for HR queries within your hub.
2. Collaborate with team members and across the group to support managers, employees, and stakeholders.
3. Provide high-quality administrative support on HR matters.
4. Maintain accurate HR records.
5. Produce reports and data, and support Employee Relations cases and other HR activities.
6. Complete pre-employment compliance checks for new hires.
7. Ensure all changes are communicated to payroll in line with deadlines.
About You
* Experience in a varied HR role.
* Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
* Strong customer support skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks with competing demands and deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and experience with HR systems.
