Overview
The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland’s rapidly growing residential house builders. The company are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for an 18 month project in Holywood Co. Down, ideally the candidate will have a good house building background and a keen eye for detail, with experience in social housing builds.
Site is 5 luxury units with a high end finish
Packages around £45 – 55k plus van & fuel, slightly more DOE
Requirements
* Ideally from a trade background
* Extensive experience in housing projects
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work
Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate site teams
* Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
* Organise and coordinate labour
* Reporting to Contract Manager level
