Marketing and Sales Executive Belfast Based £26k MCS group is delighted to be working with a fast growing software company to recruit a Marketing and Sales Executive to join their growing team and contribute to the 2025 business objectives. Responsibilities: Marketing Support Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media Contribute to event organisation, including in person and virtual events across Ni and ROI. Support content creation for our WordPress Website, Social Media, Email Marketing, Blogs and PR Track and report campaign performance, providing insights to optimise strategies Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure aligned messaging, branding, and promotional activities Sales Support Quoting: Prepare and send quotes to customers, ensuring all pricing and product details are accurate Order Processing: Manage orders via email or phone, ensuring data accuracy in orders and invoices Customer Interaction: Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries Coordination: Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries of equipment or services Essential: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing/sales support role B2B 1-2 years experience with social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter) 1-2 years working with MS Office, WordPress CMS, Canva, MailChimp and GA4 Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A collaborative mindset with a high level of dedication and ability to work to deadlines.
