About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Experimental Physicist to join our Radiation Diagnostics Team within the Technology Development Group. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain diagnostic instruments, working closely with a team of applied scientists.
As an Experimental Physicist, you will be responsible for theoretical and computational modelling of instruments, design of hardware, data collection, analysis of data and feedback to customers, as well as experimental testing and characterisation of future and existing instrumentation.
This role requires strong communication skills, verbal and written, excellent team working ability, proactive, and highly organised. A degree in Physics, and a PhD or relevant post-graduate experience would be beneficial for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Theoretical and computational modelling of instruments

Requirements
* PhD in Physics or relevant field
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written
