What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the Head of Quality with site-level quality operations, including coaching, internal audits, and day-to-day compliance.
* Leading and participating in BRC audits, customer audits, and food safety assessments.
* Managing product inspections, quality checks, and documentation, ensuring that all QMS processes are followed.
* Collaborating with the wider manufacturing team to identify risks, drive improvements, and ensure food safety is always a top priority.
* Acting as a quality ambassador on-site, promoting high standards while supporting and challenging team members to improve.
What we’re looking for:
* Essential experience in a food manufacturing environment with strong understanding of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory standards.
* Hands-on knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and internal auditing.
* A confident, approachable, and assertive communication style – able to guide, train and influence others without being confrontational.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities on the factory floor, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
* Organised team player and genuinely passionate about food quality.
What’s on offer:
* A chance to join a growing site and play a key role in shaping its quality operations.
* Supportive, team-focused environment with regular collaboration with the London office.
* A comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance, gym benefits, health and wellbeing support, life insurance, discretionary bonus, and more.
If you're looking for a role where you can really make an impact, grow your influence, and help raise the bar in food safety and quality, we’d love to hear from you.
