Your New Role
As Site Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations for a new-build emergency services unit in Northampton. You’ll ensure the project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a site-based role (5 days per week) with occasional visits to the Nottinghamshire office. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing daily site activities and supervising subcontractors
2. Ensuring strictpliance with health & safety regulations
3. Maintaining quality standards throughout the build
4. Coordinating site logistics and resolving operational issues
5. Reporting progress to the Project Manager and supporting delivery of key milestones
What You’ll Need to Succeed
6. Proven experience as a Site Manager on new-build projects, ideally within public sector, education, or healthcare environments
7. CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification
8. Strong leadership andmunication skills
9. Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain site discipline
10. Police vetting clearance (required for site access)
11. Enhanced DBS
12. Live within an hour of Northampton or able tomute
