HR Manager Permanent Cirencester Salary: up to £45,000 DOE Benefits & Scope. Full-time, office based. Our Ref: ADW00584 Henlee Resourcing is delighted to be partnering a fast-paced, rapidly growing SME based just outside Cirencester, to recruit an experienced HR Manager. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager and leading a small HR team (x4), you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering day-to-day HR operations, while supporting the wider people agenda across the business. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage all employee relations matters with confidence, ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant and up to date, lead recruitment and onboarding processes (including visa sponsorship), and act as a trusted advisor to managers and directors on all aspects of people management and best practice. You will also develop and mentor your talented team. We’re looking for a pragmatic, “can-do” HR generalist with strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach. Ideally, you’ll have experience working across both blue- and white-collar populations, with the credibility, to support a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent) and bring a solid background in employee relations, HR operations, and team leadership.
