Head of People
to shape and deliver a bold people strategy that drives performance, scales capability, and nurtures a culture of inclusion and high impact. If you're a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn vision into action, this is your moment.
The Role:
As Head of People, you'll partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and Executive team to ensure the people strategy aligns with the organisation's ambitious growth plans. You'll lead all areas of HR and People, from workforce planning and organisational design to engagement, reward, and leadership development.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role, requiring influence, visibility, and the ability to deliver meaningful results across the group.
What You'll Be Doing:
Strategic Leadership
* Partner with the Executive team to align people strategy with rapid growth and value creation
* Develop and deliver a group-wide People strategy that supports innovation, scalability, and agility
* Lead workforce, talent, and succession planning to future-proof organisational capability
* Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to senior leadership
Team Leadership & Structure
* Lead and grow the People function, spanning HR operations, talent acquisition, and L&D
* Ensure accountability and collaboration across all people disciplines, aligned to KPIs and OKRs
Culture & Capability
* Drive initiatives that strengthen leadership, succession, and organisational resilience
* Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture that reflects company values
* Lead employee engagement and change programmes through times of transformation
Reward & Recognition
* Develop a competitive, equitable reward and recognition framework
* Oversee employee engagement programmes and ensure feedback informs continuous improvement
Change Management
* Provide HR leadership in M&A, restructuring, and cultural alignment
* Deliver clear people strategies, communications, and impact assessments during change
Governance & Compliance
* Align HR metrics and KPIs with business objectives
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements
* Report regularly to the Executive and Board with insight and recommendations
What You'll Bring:
* Extensive senior HR/People leadership experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to deliver strategic people plans that drive measurable business results
* Strong expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and change management
* Commercial acumen and influence at Board level
* Expertise in reward strategy, talent development, and engagement
* High emotional intelligence, integrity, and ability to build trust at all levels
* A balance of hands-on delivery with big-picture, strategic thinking
* Ideally, experience in financial services, debt management, or international business
