This is a recruitment-heavy role, perfect for someone with solid experience in talent acquisition who wants to transition into a broader HR pathway over time. Responsibilities will include:
* Full Recruitment Lifecycle – managing end-to-end hiring, interviewing candidates, providing regular progress updates…
* Stakeholder Management – act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, advise on salary benchmarking and market insights…
* Global Collaboration & Compliance – stay aware of regional legal and cultural employment practices (eg. Germany v Hong Kong working norms), support fair and inclusive hiring…
* HR Exposure & Development - here’s scope to get involved in wider HR work; from onboarding experience to policy alignment - you’ll broaden your skillset beyond recruitment
