Our client, a hospitality company, is looking for an HR Manager to join their London team and instill value through the HR function. This role offers a full-time, permanent opportunity working in Central London on a standalone basis. It is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about bringing people together.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Act as a key contact for heads of business and line management, advising on People solutions including appraisals and performance management.
* Develop and update HR policies aligned with business objectives.
* Lead initiatives in Diversity & Inclusion, risk management, and safeguarding policies and practices.
* Manage Employee Relations cases as required.
* Line manage, coach, and develop a dynamic HR team.
* Extract data from HR systems to produce reports informing HR practices.
* Evaluate Employee Reward and Wellbeing programs to maximize benefits for staff.
* Foster a strong, positive, and inclusive culture across teams, aligned with the company's vision.
Skills & Experience required:
* Experience in the Hospitality industry is preferred.
* CIPD or relevant HR qualification.
* Experience as an HR Manager or in senior leadership roles.
* Strategic HR experience with a diagnostic approach to adding value.
* Excellent communication skills, persuasive and influential.
* Effective line management and team development skills.
* Analytical skills with the ability to extract and interpret data.
* Experience in budget management.
