Our client is an ambitious and well-regarded professional services company, seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead HR strategy and oversee its implementation. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring HR practices align with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and leading key HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives; develop and implement strategies for transformation, leadership development, and growth; advise on talent management and organizational development; support workforce planning and restructuring.
* Employee Relations & Performance Management: Manage complex employee relations cases; advise on performance strategies; support employee engagement initiatives.
* Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning: Oversee recruitment; manage talent pipeline and leadership development; guide career progression and retention.
* Learning & Development: Develop L&D strategies; champion leadership programs; evaluate training effectiveness.
* HR Systems & Processes: Optimize HR systems; implement analytics; ensure system accuracy and operation.
* Policy Development & Compliance: Lead policy development; ensure legal compliance; stay updated on industry trends.
* Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives; support culture change; coach leadership.
* People Development & Coaching: Lead HR team; coach leaders; review team performance.
* Employee Benefits & Wellness: Manage benefits programs; design recognition initiatives; develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Measures of Success: Achievement of HR goals; successful change management; improved HR system efficiency; positive employee feedback; measurable business impact.
Person Specification:
* CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent; HR leadership experience.
* Experience in strategic HR, organizational development, change management, talent acquisition, HR systems (e.g., Sage HR), leadership coaching, and data analytics.
* Strong strategic, communication, and relationship skills; ability to influence at senior levels; adaptable and proactive.
