1. Competitive basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with potential increases based on length of service
2. Achievable OTE of £50,000 with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on performance
3. Working hours from 8:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday shifts on a rota basis

Duties:
6. Utilising your sales expertise to promote and sell products/services to customers effectively
7. Building strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business
8. Achieving and surpassing sales targets set by management
9. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and understanding customer needs
10. Managing appointments and follow-ups to maximise sales opportunities
11. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Candidate spec:
12. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the motor trade or automotive industry
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
14. Confident negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach
15. Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently
16. Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
17. Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve targets
