Bridge Recruitment are looking for a HR/ People Administrator
to join a reputable Manufacturing company, who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment. You'll be at the heart of our employee lifecyclesupporting onboarding, contracts, changes, payroll, and moreall while delivering top-notch service to our teams.
What Youll Be Doing:
Managing employee lifecycle admin
from onboarding to exits
Generating contracts & employee documentation
Maintaining accurate HR data
Supporting managers and employees with people queries
Collaborating across departments (Payroll, Recruitment, etc.)
Taking notes in key meetings and driving process improvements
Skills Necessary:
Proven admin experience (HR admin a bonus!)
A stickler for detail
you love getting it right, first time
Super organised and a great communicator
Discreet, reliable, and people-focused
