Job Title: Social Housing Refurbishment Manager (EWI)

Rate: £240£260 per day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Housing Refurbishment Manager to join a regional subcontractor delivering external refurbishment works across social housing properties in Bradford.
This is an immediate start role with ongoing work available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day site operations on social housing refurbishment projects
* Overseeing External Wall Insulation (EWI) installations and associated external works
* Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and material deliveries
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to required quality standards
* Maintaining strong communication with clients, tenants, and the project team
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
Requirements:
1. Proven experience managing social housing refurbishment projects
2. Strong experience delivering EWI programmes
