Site Manager (Envelope)Introduction
Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for a site manager with a specialism in external envelope (roofing/cladding) on a large commercial project in Exeter
Key Duties
* Management of external works contractors
* Oversee day to day operations regarding foundations and drainage
* Ensure program is delivered safely, on time and in budget
* Correspondence with wider construction management team and engineers
* Manage people in a proactive and effective manner
Requirements
* Externals background, particularly within roofing and/or cladding
* experience within large commercial projects
* SMSTS, first aid, Black CSCS
* knowledgeable and driven with a commitment to work
