Site Maintenance & Repairs Reactive Repairs: Handle minor building and fabric issues reported through the helpdesk within agreed timeframes. Proactive Work: Carry out planned minor maintenance tasks (PPM) to keep the sites running smoothly. Key Skills: Use your skills in joinery, basic plumbing (low level tasks), and general building work. Safety Checks: Conduct critical tasks like monthly Legionella checks.
