Job Description
* Ensure the organisation complies with relevant employment laws and industry regulations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
* Support the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding procedures.
* Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
* Advise staff and management on HR policies and procedures.

* Provide administrative support for the wider Human Resources team.
