This role requires a broad range of expertise in various construction and maintenance tasks, including roofing, plumbing, welding, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with both hand and power tools, as well as the ability to read and interpret schematics. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. Duties * Perform roofing repairs and installations to ensure structural integrity and weatherproofing. * Carry out plumbing tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and fittings. * Execute welding duties for metal fabrication and repairs as required. * Conduct electrical work including installations, troubleshooting, and repairs in compliance with safety standards. * Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction projects. * Engage in carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, and constructing custom fixtures. * Assist with plastering, masonry work, and construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of structures. * Fabricate components according to specifications while adhering to quality standards. * Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
