The RoleAs Quality Manager, you will take full responsibility for maintaining and improving the site's Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving a culture of quality across the business.Key responsibilities include:Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS)Ensuring compliance with BRC and ISO 9001 standardsLeading audits (internal and external) and customer requirementsDriving continuous improvement and root cause analysis activitiesManaging and developing a Quality CoordinatorWorking cross-functionally with production and senior leadership teams? The CandidateProven experience in a Quality Manager or similar roleMinimum 2 years' management experienceStrong working knowledge of BRC and ISO 9001Experience within a manufacturing or production environmentConfident leading audits and improving quality systemsStrong leadership and communication skills??
