People's Helpdesk Administrator (HR)
Location: Denton, Manchester, M34 2GP
Start Date: 20th April 2026
Contract Type: Temporary contract - initial 4 weeks (with potential to extend)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour, paid weekly (every Friday)
We are currently recruiting for a People's Helpdesk Administrator to support a busy HR team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing general HR administrative support
* Supporting the onboarding of new recruits
* Completing employment references for staff members
* Managing and maintaining compliance documentation
* Updating and maintaining employee records accurately
* Responding to helpdesk queries and supporting the wider People team as required
About You:
* Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is desirable
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident handling confidential information
* Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
