Job Title: Telesales Executive
As a Telesales Executive, you will work as part of our dynamic Direct Sales team. Your responsibilities include handling inbound calls from direct customers, outbound calls to existing customers nearing the end of their mortgage term, and setting appointments for Relationship Managers & Mortgage Advisors.
You will be provided with leads daily, focusing on quality over quantity. You will become a product expert to support customers with their property purchase needs. This role is available due to internal promotion, offering career growth and training opportunities, including CeMAP qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create sales opportunities through inbound/outbound calls with commercial and personal customers to understand their business, growth plans, and financing needs.
* Learn about our products and underwriting criteria through full training to refer suitable customers according to lending policies.
* Provide high-quality service to maximize call potential and assist customers in achieving their goals.
* Adhere to policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
* Proven customer service and rapport-building skills.
* Experience in generating leads and setting sales appointments is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Shifts alternate between 9am - 5:30pm and 10:30am - 7:00pm.
