Site Manager
Location: Barnoldswick
Working Hours: Mon-Fri Days, 39 hours per week
Salary: 48k + Bonus
Rapid Recruit is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client's team in Barnoldswick. The successful candidate will oversee all operational areas, ensuring targets are met and setting the strategic direction for the operations group in alignment with the company's strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all operational areas effectively.
* Ensure legal and corporate compliance across the operational team, including HSE standards.
* Prepare and analyze production forecasts for all operational functions, providing reports at various organizational levels.
* Develop operational plans and timelines to meet business needs, covering facilities, human resources, physical assets, and supply chain management.
* Identify and implement improvements within the operational team and at the site level.
* Develop and support key team members, such as shift managers, planners, and production staff.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years management experience.
* NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in management or business.
* Strong drive for personal and team development.
* Sense of urgency and dedication to customer needs.
* High standards of quality and productivity; systematic, organized, and goal-oriented.
* Creativity, continuous improvement mindset, and proactive initiative-taking.
* Strategic thinking and sound decision-making skills.
