Ideal candidate:
* Previous experience working on new build social housing schemes is preferred
* Confident working in a No1 Site Manager position
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certificates
* Strong leadership skills
* Proactive solutions provider
* Happy to travel across North West/Greater Manchester for work
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Ensuring projects are ran on schedule and that high standards of work are being maintained.
* Line Management for Subcontractors.
* Holding progress meetings with senior management.
* Managing the relationship with the client.
* Running projects within agreed timescales in line with the site programme.
* Managing direct labour and subcontractors ensuring they keep to the subcontractors agreement.
* Managing the delivery of materials making sure they are delivered in time with the planned programme.
* Managing Health & Safety on site.
